Designed an Excavator Crane using CAD software and performed static and dynamic motion analysis of the crane. Finite Element Analysis was performed to test maximum stresses at each pin in the crane to determine if pins would fail under a specified load.

Designed a sprocket and chain mechanism as part of exercise machine using CAD software.

Capstone Team Project: Reactor Core Gap Positioning Sensor – designed a rotational transducer to correlate a linear gap displacement to a 0-10V DC voltage. Worked with both mechanical and electrical engineering students.
