Key Project:
Goethals Bridge Replacement Project: Co-responsible for successful delivery of $1.5B initiative in the Senior Project Manager capacity, in charge of all On-Grade Drainage, Roadway Construction, Removal and Replacement of a Single-Span railroad Bridge, including timber ties, stone ballast, 600 linear feet of new railroad tracks. Administered construction aspects of the Design-Build contract. Liaised with NYNJ Link team for engineering support, budgetary and schedule requirements. Coordinated Field Work with the multiple stakeholders. Managed Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and contractors team. Included OSHA 10 Hour.
