Experience:- Ten years & six months, of which Six years & six months in Operation & Maintenance of Coal Handling plant as a Shift in charge in (6 X135 MW) Power Plant & Four years in (2X250 MW) & (6X135 MW) Project of Power plant.

Major Operation & Maintenance work activities:-

Shift in charge of 6x135 MW Power plant CHP.

Operation of 2X2200 & 2X450 Tph coal handling system which includes equipment like Vibrating screen, Heavy duty crusher,Portable scraper reclaimer, Vibrating feeders, Travelling tripper,Fire fighting system and pollution control equipments like DE & DFS system.

Coal Yard Management of Capacity 03 lack MT stock.

To keep all auxiliaries available and in operating condition to get maximum availability .

Implement best practises in operation.

Check the defects and follow up work order and pursue permits.

Handle different emergencies in a Coal Handling Plant (CHP) . Maintain high standards of safety.

Record preparation of daily coal feeding and proper utilization of coal & its efficiency.

Preventive maintenance of the system on daily basis.

To maintain daily the job log sheet, equipment breakdown history record, PM Checklist, etc.

Major Fabrication work activities:-

30 mtr. Length and 2500 mm width of Crane Girder .(fabricated at the erection site)

30 mtr. Length and 1500 mm width of Conveyor gallery.(fabricated at the erection site)

45 mtr. Length and 1500 mm width of Bunker columns .(Wt. of each columns 100 Mt.

65 mtr. Length and 3000 mm width of Power house columns .(Wt. of each columns 250 Mt.

80 mtr. Length and 3000 mm width of Mill bunker columns. (Wt. of each columns 300 Mt.

Structural Fabrication of power plant (i.e. Column, moment beam, truss, Bunker girder, hopper & auxiliary bracing, tie beam, floor beam etc.)

Major Erection work activities:-

30 mtr. Length and 2500 mm width of Crane Girder .(Erected with two cranes)

45 mtr. Length and 1500 mm width of Bunker columns .(Erected in two pieces.)

80 mtr. Length and 3000 mm width of Mill bunker columns. (Erected in three pieces.)

Role:-

To run & maintain the CHP with optimum load and efficiency to achieve to support

generation. Run and maintain typical equipments like conveyors, crushers, stacker

reclaimers. in ground feeders, coal dozing equipments, trippers, fire & dust suppression

system.

Screens. Manage spare parts planning, budgeting,procurement and manpower planning.

Prior to this overall project related tasks including work progress

planning, procurement, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic

schedules.

Generating Physical Progress curve reports for the projects.

Analyzing the schedule trends and informing project management of the potential

Problem.

Areas and recommending solutions.

Coordinating safety,environment and system activities in the plant.

Analyzing price proposals, financial reports and other data & information to determine

Reasonable prices for cost control analysis.

Ensuring reduction of overall purchasing cost to the company by combining common

items & negotiable long term contracts to achieve economy of purchase.

Highlights:-

Playing a vital role in operation & maintenance related works in CHP of Process boiler 900 TPH as well as 2200 TPH of POWER PLANT .

.

Played vital role in fabrication & Erection of Power plant structures i.e. (Power House & Coal Bunker) (12000 MT),for 6 X135 MW.

Coal Bunker ( 1200 MT) for 3 X 180 TPH Process boiler JSPL Project, Angul, (Orissa).

Role:-

Handling of fabrication related tasks including work progress planning,procurement,control

& troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.

Also handled the erection activities of plant shed for achieving the project schedule on time.

Highlights:-

Played vital role in fabrication & erection of Power House Building & Mill Building

structures (20000MT), in 250 MW power plant for West Bengal Power Development

Corporation Limited, Project at Santaldih, West Bengal.

Played vital role in fabrication & erection of Power House Building & Coal Bunker

structures (15000MT), in 250 MW power plant for Nalco Captive Power plant Project

at Angul, Orissa.
