It took him only 4 years to invent and develop a new armor matrix and modular security shelter for the defense industry. Career Summary and Key Achievements

MMC-3 - President/Owner - 2013 to present

MMC-3 is developing modular security structures for the defense industry and infrastructure protection. Its armor system protects against bullets, explosions and forced entry. Mr. Meyer’s first generation armor passed all State Department and Homeland Security certifications. His new much lighter armor matrix can also be used to protect vehicles, aircraft and peo- ple. The new modular units are 1/3 in price and use less than 5% steel. The 12ft x 12ft MSE (Modular Structural Elements) are stackable in all 3 directions to create larger buildings. Four unique fire resisting FRBP frame elements connect to each-other like a LEGO set. The panels slide into place and the internal connection system locks everything together. The new modular technology can also be applied to low cost housing. This technology will become a revolution in affordable security structures and low cost housing.

Call Centers Honduras S.A. - President / Co-Founder, 2009 to 2013 Because of the superb communications infrastructure and availability of qualified English and Spanish speaking agents, Mr. Meyer has started this new venture. The forecast for agent seats over the next two years in Honduras was 3000. Since this company worked under the free zone law it was exempt from any taxes and fees and was able to offer very competitive rates to its clients.

CABC S.A. - President/Owner - 2004 to 2013

Central American Business Consultants was started to assist foreign companies to set-up operations in Honduras. The low labor cost and excellent legal structure is very attractive to foreign exporters. Mr. Meyer was involved in plant setup, including sourcing, legal work, project planning, joint venture negotiations, management and worker recruiting, shipping logistics and selection of manufacturing space.

CABC Corporation - President/Owner - 1995 to 2004

In his position as President and Art Director, Mr. Meyer was responsible for the management and direction of all aspects of this start-up graphics design and marketing firm’s operations. He directed all sales representatives, and managed overall concept, design, programming, multimedia, and print for marketing applications for his ever-expanding client base. PT Financial - President/Owner - 1994 to 2003

As head of PT Financial, Mr. Meyer directed all aspects of this start-up brokerage firm’s activities: negotiating with major banks and financial institutions by marketing and managing short-term investments. He compiled and reported all client financial data in compliance with the NASD, and delivered on all client marketing and investment expectations. Mr. Mey- er interfaced with the AIM Management Company with 90% of client trading. As an example of his fiscal reputation and successes, he brokered $2,500,000,000 of AT&T, HSB Bank, and Bank of Tokyo investments to profitability with the AIM Money Market Fund.

ZIP Internacional S.A. - President/Owner - 1993 to 1994 Here, Mr. Meyer served as sole proprietor, where he developed and proposed a comprehensive 110 page business plan for Honduras’ largest industrial park ever conceived, sized at 1,000,000 sq. ft. To accomplish this, he formed this Honduran corporation through a personal investment of $60,000, performing due diligence in costs, labor, applicable laws, manufac- turing, operations infrastructure, transportation logistics, tax, and import and export regulations. As part of the business plan, Mr. Meyer detailed the operations’ 10 year projections as well as the proceeds schedule for first three years. Gilma Corporation - President/Owner, 1981 to 1993

Mr. Meyer served as President of this machine tool dealership serving enterprise operations throughout Northeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S. In this capacity, Mr. Meyer’s technical expertise and leadership combined to provide re-engineered product performances that exceeded all manufacturers’ specifications. He conducted showroom demonstrations and educational seminars nationwide. He also bench marked future model design by leading global engineering influences over traditional Swiss and Japanese methods and procedures. With Gilma, Mr. Meyer managed the $10,000,000 P&L. His leadership improved Mitsubishi’s technology and market presence through the use of Gilma’s own developed technol- ogy. As a result, he achieved #1 dealer status nationwide every year. Agie USA - National Product Manager, 1978 to 1981

Mr. Meyer was responsible within this EDM machine tool firm for providing technical support to the entire national sales force. Recruited for expertise with sensitive research required for projects with U.S. Defense industries (nuclear subma- rines and particle beams), Mr. Meyer led project-oriented special machine design and feature development efforts of new models.

Education and Other Notable Professional Accreditations Mr. Meyer completed his Masters in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at Lucerne State College of Technology in Lu- cerne, Switzerland.

He also completed his NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) certifications Series 7, 63, 24, and 28, in only three months, considered record time within the industry. Mr. Meyer is a multiple patent holder and has been elected to the National Speakers Directory of Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Personal

Mr. Meyer is the father of four, and currently resides in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. His international travels have included most of Western Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Latin America, Japan, Taiwan and China. Mr. Meyer is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Switzerland. Taking his boyhood passion for sailing to new heights, Mr. Meyer designed and built a $760,000 72’ sailing ketch that ul- timately served as his residence for five years. The vessel was featured in the 1991 issue of Unique Homes. He secured all funding, designed every feature, subcontracted its construction in Taiwan, and engineered the complete electronic navigation system integrating it with the onboard Apple computer system. Away from the office, Mr. Meyer’s interests include sailing, wind surfing, tennis, good food and wine, arts and music.
