Job Responsibilities:
(i) Project Execution & Commissioning;
Execution of Refractory Application & materials managing jobs of 6th stage preheater cyclones, calciner, kiln hood, cooler & kiln etc. in project of Unit-I & Unit-II.
Commissioning of Cement Mills and all other equipments which are operated through control room.
oBall Mill with capacity 150 TPH supplied by L&T.
oVertical Cement Mill capacity 180 TPH supplied by GEBR. PFEIFFER AG. 3.
oRoller Press with Ball mill capacity 140 TPH supplied by KHD HUMBOLDT.
Commissioning of 450 TPH Raw Mills and all other equipments which are operated through control room. (VRM, Model No- MPS4750B & MPS5000B supplied by GEBR. PFEIFFER AG)
Commissioning of 1 nos. 58 TPH Coal Mill and all other equipments which are operated through control room. (VRM, Model No- MPS3070BK & MPS3070BK supplied by GEBR. PFEIFFER AG).
Commissioning of 1 nos. 5500 TPD Kiln, supplied by L&T (Length-75 Mtr. and Diameter-4.75 Mtr.)
And all other equipments which are operated through control room.
(ii) Shift CCR operation & Process engineering;
Executing the operation in the shifts of KILN, VRM and Cement Mill through DCS based systems.
Supervision of refractory maintenance jobs, Preparation of job list for planned maintenance gathered from operating experience.
Execute initiatives for enhancing production, reducing cost of production, Achieving optimum fuel efficiency and power consumption.
Trouble shooting and taking actions to run the equipment in steady trend on continuous basis
Ensuring safety of self, all others in the department and equipments
Measurement of all process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, False Air, Flow and Efficiency of Fans) of Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill and Pyro Section.
Heat balance, Air Balance and Mass balance of Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill and Pyro Section.

4 Days Training from FLS in Pyro processing.)
