PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

05/16-Present INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT, Toyota/ Teksystems. Cincinnati, Ohio. Assist SMEs in the Quality Division at Toyota, to create various training and learning experiences for its 150-member group. Design and develop web-based, blended learning, and ILT training material and courses. Create eLearning in PowerPoint and/or Captivate that is delivered via a SABA-based Learning Management System. Assist the QD managers with needs assessment, task-analysis, course implementation, and training evaluation. Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of the Quality Fundamental Awareness courses. Designed and developed new Recurrence Prevention eLearning module. Designed, developed and delivered Instructional Design Presentation to executive management team during weekly managers meeting. Redesigning and developing the QD Overview ILT, an eight-hour training program consisting of 11 departments within the QD Division. Assisting with the design and development of eLearning module for Practical Problem Solving course, including an interactive case study using Captivate 9. It is designed to teach faculty how to utilize the LMS, teach in the virtual environment and manage a course using the LMS. Designed and developed the CTL 202 Sandbox, which is the online learning environment within the LMS. Faculty are required to complete assignments within the sandbox giving them the opportunity for practical application of the skills learned within the CTL 202 course.
