My job as a customer service representative agent requires for me to assist the customers as they call in with questions about their account. I began as a csr agent; I was later promoted to a Sme position. As a Sme I am able to better assist the member when they call in is speaking with the agents. My job title was to assist fellow agents with assisting the members that would call in with questions or making payments. I was later promoted to a Lead agent. As a Lead agent I would assist the agents with the members. I would also assist supervisors by taking phone calls that agents are having diffulty with. I was promoted to an Irt agent. In this position I am the person the agent would call to better assist them in helping the members when they would call in. I also work on special projects that have me working directly with the clients.
