In Maintenance

Schedulins and planning for preventive maintenance, corrective and predictive maintenance

Leading a team of technicians, skilled and unskilled workers

Coordinating with all department for day to day problem and job planning accordingly

Prepare standard maintenance procedure, check list,work instructions

Inventory control of maintenance spares

Preparing Duty chart, drawing for new erection

To co ordination and follow up with maintenance department on status day to day routine maintenance,executing preventive and break down maintenance completion.

Managing the functions analytical,troubleshouting and preventive breakdown maintenance of various equipment

Check the behavior of various equipment with optimum operation parameters and its reliable suitability to put regular service

Safety valve setting and floating

Servicing and maintenance of centrifugal pump,valves and soot blowers

Planning of job schedule of plant equipments like pump,fans,blowers,

Heat exchangers like HP heaters,LP heaters, gland steam condenser,ejector condenser and turbine condenser inspection, cleaning, testing tubes and replacing

Oil burners cleaning, nozzle inspection, leakage arresting

Planning shutdown work and maintenance,performing the shutdown works and make plant better through modifications.

Conduct regular observation on plant equipments to identify any inconsistencies

Experience with vibration measurements and alignment equipment

Develop new vendor for plant items and labor contract .

Cooling tower Pumps, Fans, Nozzle overhauling and replacing.

Cooling tower fan blade angle adjustment

Valve Inspection, checking, overhauling, lapping, hence to achieve less leakage and passing

High pressure parts welding work with safety of manpower and equipments

Condenser chemical cleaning, tube leakage check, hydraulic test

Conducting maintenance job and safety related classes to workers

Drum and drum internals inspection

Drum gauge class leakage arresting, brocken glasses replacing

In Operation

To ensure reliable operation of the unit by managing the control desk as per SOP's

Under goes cold startup and hot startup and normal running shift activities.

Ensure the availability of major stand by equipment by following proper trail schedule

Attend the emergency like failure, load through off, black out.

Maintain all operating parameters through DCS

Observation,Check healthiness of all equipment

Preparation of Work Permits for during Unit running .

To ensure adherence of safety,environment

Co-Ordinate with employees and report to Plant Manager.

Make Shift Generation reports.

Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure modes effects and criticality analysis.

Planning for shutdown works in annual maintenance

Turbine Start up and Shutdown

Turbine all parameters maintain as per standards

Charging and line up all axillaries of turbine

Oil centrifuge taken in service and shut off the system

Maintain Water parameters as per standards

Cooling tower pumps, fans, nozzles, fills, drift elevators observe there performance and abnormality

Maintain cooling water parameters

Compressor routine inspection, check healthiness of equipment

Ensure fuel, water, manpower to achieve load demand
