Vice President of Human Resources (2/2016 to 11/2016)

Provided leadership for the company’s multi-site HR operations. Partnered with colleagues on leadership team to develop creative business strategies, and led efforts to implement those strategies across all HR operations. Employed hands-on leadership style to foster collaboration at all levels of the company by developing effective working relationships with the board of directors, senior mgmt., as well as middle mgmt., and front-line workers on the shop floor.

Was tasked with bringing in best practices, implementing changes and building a professional HR team for the organization.
