• Performed Head-on (100%) and offset (40%) Collision Impact Analysis on Econ Van.
• Also performed Rear crash test, Side impact test, Vehicle to Vehicle Frontal crash test.
• Designed CAD models of vehicle chassis, seat, seat belt and steering using CATIA.
• Prepared models for the crash test by positioning the Hybrid Dummy and Steering for occupant simulation.
• Analysed stress distribution throughout the chassis frame during impact using LS-Dyna following FMVSS 208, FMVSS 214 and FMVSS 216(a) standard occupant safety and optimized design to reduce the forces experienced.

Rivet Design Optimization, Wayne State University April 2017
• Half Modelled Punch, Die, and Rivet for axisymmetric analysis using HyperMesh and modeled and assigned boundary conditions
• Optimized the design of rivet assembly to achieve best secure condition performing the explicit analysis using HyperMesh and Abaqus

Wind Turbine Laminate Design, Wayne State University November 2016
• Developed composite laminate for a blade of wind turbine with a flexibility in material selection, type of forces as well as simulated the laminate to find various stresses and strains on it.
• Predicted the possibility of laminate failure by TSAI-HILL, Maximum Stress and Maximum Strain failure theories and drafted the graph of laminate behavior.

• Overcomed the flaws in the traditional method of drilling and was industrial sponsored.
