Responsible for new layout and design of process facility, tank storage, rail & truck terminals. Other duties included coordinating design effort through multiple URS offices for detail design, pipe support, commissioning, and mobilization. The fractionator plant typically receives a gas liquids stream consisting of 62% propane, 26% butane and 22% pentane.
