• Conducted consumer survey, situational analysis and competitive analysis through interviews, survey monkey and focus groups.

• Generated product brand positioning and business plan based on data collected with product pricing and placement strategy with an emphasis on user’s goals, pain points and motivations.

• Established UX design as the first stage of all web and software application developments for the EZ Vet website- www.ezvet.com,www.ezpetdentals.com as well and its telemedicine software. Our methodology instituted a user-centered design (UCD) approach.
