Farmers Insurance Group is trying to convert the business from existing legacy system (Mainframe) to Guide ware. In order to achieve it the Business rules from the legacy system needs to be extracted. So, in this project we have to understand the existing system, then extract technical rules and convert them to business rules.

Responsibilities:

Our production management supports to resolve all the issues associated Citi retail services applications. It includes Incident management, Change Management, Infrastructure activities, Alerts monitoring, System health check monitoring, Analyzing and Fixing the code bugs, Reporting Citi retail services management activities to CITI higher management for all the applications. Along with this, it supports the services of First Data Resources (FDR), a transaction processing system for end-to-end Retail Private Label cards processing solutions like New Account Processing, Account Maintenance, Statements, Rewards and Promotions for all of its Retail Private Label Clients.

The team also handles Adhoc request like the Handling SAS requests, SAS reports validation against SOLONA, Non-monetary file creation and developing various utilities to aid easy and accurate handling of various activities within Systems Control.
