In this position I have had the opportunity of learning a new field of work. Running the front office I am able to work with patients and employees on a personal level. To be able to help patients who come in with severe pain and watch them leave being able to stand up straight or in a whole lot less pain, is very rewarding. Working with the patients I put them on all of their therapies, greet them as soon as they come into the office, and make sure their visit was positive and productive. In the office I also have the duties of scheduling the patients, making sure the patients are ready to be seen by the doctor and that he has any paperwork needed for them, filing of clients’ paperwork that comes in and setting up the office during the day and closing it at night. I also handle all billing, insurances, and working with attorneys.

While working at Costco I worked in two different areas with the main one being front end bagger. I was responsible for unloading everything from the carts and putting everything back in, in a timely manner. Floor organizing consisted of making sure the floor was well organized and everything was in its place, clothes, towels, and blankets folded properly, and fixing anything that needed it.
