Supervisor Macomb, Michigan Schedule operators to different operations of the shop on a daily basis to achieve 100 percent efficiency and job quotas. Process any issues we may have with material to achieve a good 1st piece inspection and maintain it throughout the shift. Start up and shut down any jobs that are required to run at any given time. Mold changes and paint line changes. Correct any mechanical or robotic problems. Experience with 450 ton Toyo and up to a 700 ton Mitsubishi plastic injection presses. We metalize plastic components for automotive head and taillights. Process any non conforming issues with metalized parts, brightness and color tend to be the main issues at times. Metalizers are chambers that have a vacuum system that pulls all matter out and leaks a small amount of argon, heat, and electricity into the chamber and they all react to metalize plastic components. TPM's on machines and presses on non scheduled production days. Work with a lot of PC, ABS, and Toray plastic material. HY robotic controls,as well as Fanuc. Payroll on a weekly basis. Hi Lo and Overhead Crane operation. Warehouse and inventory duties. Shipment overview nightly. Assist Quality Control with quality parts, and sign off on 100 percent quality approved finished product.

Set dies in and up to a 1400 ton Van Dorn, and Cincinnati Milacron presses. Start up and proces any non conforming quality issues to present a first piece. Shipment and Receiving. Material Changes. Hi-Lo and Overhead Crane certification. I worked with Nylon, and ABS plastic components. Fanuc Robot controls. I had to troubleshoot and perform many maintenance procedures at this plant. Chrysler LX and Applique
Started my career at Collins & Aikman as an operator, and after about a year of cross training in many different programs I was promoted to Team Leader. As a Team Leader I was required to operate many different programs and oversee smaller groups of operators to produce high percentages of quality product for our customers. I started to really get hands on with the overall operation of the shop, and pay attention to the finest of details to quality of the product, and the maintenance of the machines and was promoted to a Die Setter. I absolutely loved learning as much as I could. I started to really excel, and started to assist our process techs, maintenance and tooling techs in anything possible. I was
