Trojan Labor (HireQuest LLC) – St. Petersburg/Tampa, FL Regional Manager (May 2016 – July 2017): Relocated to Tampa/St. Petersburg area of Florida after receiving promotion to Regional Manager; appointed to oversee branch operations for seven Trojan Labor locations around the country; office locations are Las Vegas, NV, Baltimore, MD, Dallas, TX, Clearwater, FL, St. Petersburg, FL, Tampa, FL, and San Antonio, TX. My official duties include:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, including compliance with OSHA. This includes researching and maintaining awareness of all changes to both federal and local labor laws across multiple states.

Interview, recruit, and train new candidates to properly fill open positions within the company.

Oversees all office expenses and operational costs for each office.

Responsible for all customer payments for services and following up on AP aging for each office; maintaining constant contact with customers regarding their payments in relation to the arranged pay schedule; following up on late payments, issues with processing payments, possible discrepancies, and customers’ refusal to pay invoices.

Trojan Labor (HireQuest LLC) – Las Vegas, NV & Atlanta, GA Branch Manager (June 2014 – May 2016): Training period introduced the ideas and fundamentals of the staffing industry while giving hands on experience dealing with the day to day challenges of overseeing a branch; after training, was relocated to Las Vegas to open local branch in the area; at that point, was placed in charge of marketing the branch and developing the brand in a completely new geographical market; generated sales leads in a new unknown market. Once the investigations and reports are completed, submitting them to our corporate office for proper filing and handling.

Responsible for all billing cycles and procedures. Invoicing involves careful verification of all employee hours worked for the previous week for every customer, and broken down by job site. Invoices are created weekly and submitted to corporate for disbursement.

Responsible for organizing employee responsibilities and jobs on a rotating basis; managing and organizing official corporate and FAA documentation involving all loaded aircraft; managing the use and care of all machinery involved with the load process; monitor and maintain the safety of all employees and cargo; organize the load and unload process to maximize efficiency and productivity; direct the loading and unloading process to ensure the aircraft is entirely unloaded in under 30 minutes; after the shift is complete, ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and adheres to FAA standards. FedEx Express Offload Material Handler (May 2005 to September 2007): Directly involved with unloading of cargo airplanes. Responsible for official FFA paperwork, operating heavy machinery and organizing load schedules.
