Working as Company Trainee at SL Lumax Ltd, Chennai, and it is one of the largest automotive Lightings manufacturer. It has been certified under, ISO TS 16949: 2002 Manufacturing automotive parts for HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA, GENERAL MOTORS & FORD INDIA M/s SL Lumax Ltd a joint venture of SL Corporation – Korea (design and tooling supports) and Lumax Industries, Delhi. SL Lumax is OE supplier of Chassis, Automobile Lamps and Interior trim parts and having certified ISO & TS.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QMS Implementation

Analyzing customer complaints and taking corrective and preventive actions before the start of mass production

Analysing Customer Complaints and solving the problems by using 7QC tools and take the Corrective actions

Submitting and get the approval the 4M change

Monitoring the effectiveness of countermeasure

Conducting training programme to our juniors & trainees regarding Basic 7QC tools & Product knowledge

Working towards achieving 10 PPM at customer end 2. Supplier Quality

Reviewing the 4M change at our supplier end report will be submit to our customer

Monitoring the supplier PPM daily to meet the objective of the company

Analysing customer complaints of supplier parts and take the necessary action and monitoring the effectiveness

Preparing supplier Quality Rating & Monitoring the performance of supplier

Organise Monthly supplier meeting based on the PPM, to meet the objective of the Company

Raw material follow up(incoming, checking, documentation)

Documentation of revalidation

QSB Module implementation in supplier end (FR & NCP) 3. Process and Product Development:

Coordinate with PD & Materials team to organise a trail production at supplier end during launch of New project & EO changes

Co-ordinating with PD & QA team to analysis & solve the problems during initial project build- up
