Work for a software developer who designs, sells, and installs computer aided dispatch and GIS mapping software for 911 dispatch centers. Responsible for all systems installation, maintenance, and support for over 190 911 centers in 13 states.
Set up windows 2008R2 - 2016 servers with sql 2008R2 in a raid 5 and 10 environment.
Set up Sql 2008 -2014 mirroring between 911 centers and their backup centers.

Moved customer from 2 servers and an under-performing mail system to 7 Servers, a redundant Fiber backbone, redundant exchange enterprise servers for 300 mailboxes, and a helpdesk system for all users. I am fully responsible for a $170,000 dollar a year budget and am currently in the planning stages for a new data center and wiring for more than 3 new facilities.
