●Through a long-term personal commitment to academic excellence, athletic ability, hard work, time management, teamwork, and discipline, I earned and maintained a four (4) year Scholarship to be a Student Athlete for Hampton University Football Team.
●Worked tirelessly over the past four years towards achieving an effective and efficient balance of managing time so that I could excel in both academics and athletics to become the best Student – Athlete possible.

●Maintained regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students in selecting courses based on their selected Academic Major or Minor.

●Help coordinate the Hampton University Student-Athlete Athletic Banquet. This called for Strategic floorplanning where all athletes, coaches, Hampton University staff, and boosters would be seated. Help delegate who would cater the event, which means I had to take into account who was allergic to what and what the alternative meal would be. Also as a team we took charge of all media display during events and the presentation of in-season student athlete awards.

Hampton University Game Day Operations, 01/2017 to 03/2017
Hampton University Marketing Team- Hampton, VA
●As part of the Marketing Team some duties were to help with the seating floorplans during basketball exhibitions, for example where community groups would sit, where the opposing team's band would sit, and also where the opposing team’s fan/family zone would sit.
●Worked in-game operations on/off the court if we were shorthanded for example the statistic sheet runner, the floor sweeper, and even halftime show activities.
●Was a part of the marketing of Hampton University's first lacrosse game which appeared on ESPN and College GameDay in 2016, which also happened to be the first HBCU lacrosse team. My duty for this event was to market this Game using social media.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
●Utilized various search engines such as Recruiterbox, Indeed, LinkedIn and others databases to find candidates for Information Technology and Accounting positions with various Clients.
●Responsible for interviewing and screening candidates based on their professional skill set, education, work experience and personality for long term Client projects.
●Met with our Clients to gather/ refine job requirements and to better define the scope of their projects.
●Contacted, conducted preliminary screening interviews and referred strong candidates, managing the recruiting process through on boarding.
Financial Analysis Responsibilities:
●Responsibilities included reviewing financials to identify discrepancies and make recommendations for corrections and process improvements ensuring audit readiness of the financial statements.
