Directed, managed, and coordinated data conversion from DOS based Order Entry application to Smith Gardner’s Ecometry Enterprise Applications System. Directly responsible for setup of application controls and hardware installation (CRM, A/P, A/R, Purchasing, Distribution, Warehouse/Inventory, G/L). Working within a limited timetable was able to install, configure and implement software for 1/1/2000.
Championed the design and integration of Ecometry Software’s manifest application with web based UPS Host Manifest Upload program.
