DengeAI:

oThe aim of this project is to predict the spread of Dengue based on weather and seasonal conditions.

oUsed CARET package to use GBM and xgboost models. Also, used Moving Average for smoothing.

Online Article Summarization:

oThe aim of this project is to develop an algorithm that will read an online article and will create a summary of the article.

oUsed Natural Language Processing to create a ‘Bag-of-Words’ model using NLTK and sklearn packages.

Leaf Classification:

oThe objective of this project is to use binary leaf images and identify 99 species of leaves.

o Created new features such as texture, shape and margin of leaf using opencV2 package.

oUsed Feature selection, Feature scaling(PCA) and applied modelling techniques such as Multinomial Logistic Regression, Random Forest using Python.

oImplemented Neural Network using Keras which landed me on top 11% in leaderboard.

Digit Recognizer:

oThe aim of this project is to correctly identify digits from a huge dataset of handwritten images.

oSuccessfully applied Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) using Tensorflow.

Two Sigma Connect:

oThe objective of this project is to predict the number of inquiries a new listing receives based on the listing’s creation date and other features.

o Data Visualization using Python matplotlib and Seaborn package.

oUsed nltk package to learn from rental listing’s features and Description.

oImplemented xgboost and GridSearchCV to tune the parameters.
