Manage the facility maintenance and project support for all 10 McLoones Restaurants locations. Lead on multiple projects that included acting GC for the renovation of the Robinsons Ale House in Asbury Park. Coordinate with suppliers and venders in the maintenance and support of the restaurant equipment and building operations. Worked close with building owners to not only address the needs of the restaurants but the requirements of the building. Worked with local officials to maintain the requirements to meet local codes.
