Calculations of pressure parts and non-pressure parts of pressure vessel and heat exchangers with PV Elite software as per ASME & TEMA.

Detailed Engineering: Checking fabrication & G.A. Drawings.

Understanding and incorporating the comments raised by customer or reply.

To support for shop fabrication & resolve fabrication problems.

Visit sites for the measurements of dimensions of static equipment.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable in Reading piping Layout to Know Nozzle Orientation requirement to the nozzle.

Familiar with international Codes and Standards like ASME Sec.VIII Div-1, TEMA, API 650, also having very basic knowledge of ASME Sec.II.

Comfortable in pressure part calculation like Shell, Dish, Nozzle Pipe, Flange Rating, for internal and external pressure using relevant standards.

Comfortable in converting PDS in to MDS (Mechanical Data Sheet) of equipment which is used by piping for development of layouts and used by vendor for preparation of fabrication drawing.

Comfortable in preparation of fabrication drawings of vessel, reactors, heat exchangers and tanks including guiding to designer for getting correct output

Comfortable in checking of designers output and vendor drawing as per procurement requirement and as per construction requirement.

Comfortable in preparation of Bill of Material and Preparation of requisitions and work orders.

Comfortable in working in workshop as a supervisor to get it done as per the exact design.

Software Skills:

PV ELITE : Comfortable in designing.

AUTO CAD : Comfortable drafting and checking of drawing suing AutoCAD.

MS Excel : Comfortable in Preparation of BOQ.

MS WORD : Comfortable in using word for writing Design Basis/specifications.

Academic Qualification:

Gold medalist in Post-graduate diploma in Mechanical Design of Process (Static) Equipment from SIT- Mumbai in 2017.

B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from ‘IIMT College of Engineering’ Greater Noida affiliated to UPTU in 2014.
