Responsibility-
I am working As a QA,Testing & Operation Asst. Manager up to 1250 kVA /33kv transformer .
As well as i have responsibility of plant in charge position Responsible of Materials purchase,production and planning,dispatch of transformer .
Achievements In ADDIS TRANSFORMER & SWITCHGEAR (Addis Ababa,ETHOPIA)
Company was given the operation responsibility under this responsibility i was completed following work-
1-Vaccum Heating Oven installation commissioning for 33kv transformer& manufactured of tank for under oil vacuum filling.
2.Drying oven Temperature automatic setting.
3.Cooling Tower arrangement for vacuum oven.
4. Plate Earthing arrangement for all company network.
5.Capacitor Installation for load loss of transformer .
6. Out side oil storage tanker project.
7.LV & HV winding starting arrangement.
8.Pre testing of transformer arrangements .
9.Automatic (delta make) compressor installation.
10.Shearing machine (up to 5mm thickness) started for operation /insulation cutting .
11.Plane block manual cutting machine arrangements .
12.Started the process checklist,final dispatch checklist, ovening schedule checklist, oil filtration schedule checklist.
12.Also make the plan for process audit with corrective and preventive action.
13.Arranged the training and learning with technician weekly basis .
14. Prepared the format for Store issues and receive materials and take the stokes on monthly basis .
15.Day to day basis make the production and materials planning for smooth operation and report to general manger(Reporting boss is general manager).also coordinate with finance deptt and purchasing deptt.for arrangement of raw materials .
16. Customer relation work- I am also responsible for customer related issues and after discussion and site visit solve that problem.
17.Site related work for new customer give the guidance on phone and personnel to test the transformer and find out the problem.
18.In the plant i was make all identification and traceability of elect panel,production machine,gangway, oil storage,assly area, fireextinguser (CO2),core core assly area,tanking area,dispatch area,painting area.
19.Design calculation-I am doing the repairing design calculation for cross over winding, no of speal calculation,number of turn calculation,taping calculation,insulation calculation as per the old design .

Inspection:
oMaintaining all high precision grade equipment/tools in safe custody & ensure all equipment are operated as per the instructions and user manual.
oPreparing & maintaining all the records of all the standards, audits, uncertainty calculations pie chart, control charts,histogram parto chart of all the reference standards, guidelines, quality checklist, customer complaints & analysis.
Materials Inspection - Incoming and In-Process :
oMaintaining quality standards for incoming materials ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices. Preparing MIS/reports on purchases done & evaluating & calculating the costs.
oTaking adequate measures like conducting audits to monitor and analyse the performance of vendors pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms.

Supplier Quality & Technical Assurance
