MD Thesis:

Comparative Assessment of free Radicals in Systemic Vs Local causes of female infertility.

Nitric oxide and malonaldehyde were assayed as oxidants both in blood and endometrial tissue of infertile female, whereas Superoxide dismutase, Vitamin E and reduced glutathione were assayed as antioxidants. Oxidative stress was much more pronounced at the endometrial tissue level as compaired to blood in female infertile patients.
