QUALITY COATING OF VIRGINIA: 2017-Present

Paint Supervisor Contractor: Managed, trained, and supervised 30 personnel during ongoing projects. This was accomplished while maintaining OSHA safety standards, and NAVSEA inspections. GEOEQUIP MANUFACTURING: 2015- 2017

Spray Painter Contractor: Managed all aspects of metallurgical painting project cycles to NBPI Standards, in preparation coating.

Coatings Supervisor Contractor: The job function was to train and educate all employees, contractors, and customers on the proper methodology of adhering paint to NAVSEA Standards. This included being an expert in the familiarity of proper codes, and standards that exist in the commercial, and residential fields.
