PepsiCo – Regional EHS Auditor December 2015 – Present

Auditing the EHS compliance agenda of Saudi Arabia and Egypt BU across all the organization including 13 plants, 60 DCs, 3000 Fleet vehicles, 2 agro Farms and Workshops to PepsiCo EHS Standards, local H&S regulations and the international standards of OHSAS 18001.Fully utilize PepsiCo H&S Diagnostic and audit tools to ensure Egypt’s full compliance with the corporate H&S global metrics and audit methodologies.

Conduct audit plans in a timely manner and that all identified systems/standards compliance gaps are closed and risks are fully mitigated.

Communicate timely audit reports to the H&S Compliance Manager.

Follow up on the completion of corrective action plans for each audited function/site against the audit reports through a robust tracking system to ensure adherence to plans timelines.

Analyze people H&S incompetence gaps through audits and communicate training requirements to ensure competence to the H&S Compliance Manager.

Implement mathematical measurement tools for H&S compliance to accurately measure compliance level and improvements.

Communicate H&S best practices and effective processes identified through audits functionally and cross functionally.

Communicate with all functional H&S managers to ensure full adherence to agreed action plans.
