Global Data Center Consolidation: As project manager accomplished the migration of existing servers from data centers in South American countries (5) to the United States. Migration and support for 400+ servers.

Data Center Consolidation Completed the migration of servers and telecomm equipment from a client data center to an IBM data center. Directed efforts ranging from space planning, infrastructure builds, and server and data migration.

Data Center Build Out: Completed the infrastructure build out of a new data centers for an aerospace IBM client. Guided ground up effort from space plan, to infrastructure build out including MPLS WAN, LAN, and server farm.

Data Center Consolidation: Managed numerous server consolidation, transformation and security gap remediation projects for major IBM Clients These projects include replacing servers that do not comply with new corporate requirements and upgrading remaining servers to meet security requirements. Enterprise Rollout: Directed the Microsoft XP rollout to over 8,000 desktops and networks across 55 branch bank loan fulfillment centers. Project Manager for the migration of six (6) applications from data center in Prestwick Scotland to new data center in North Harbour England

Expanded the scope of the services portfolio for a bank outsourcing contract by managing the transitioning of physical database management support for Oracle and SQL environments. Nine hundred and fifty-five (955) databases were transitioned to existing contract resources which freed up client staff for development and business support. Prepared and implemented End User Request Management Process for users to interface with new support group.

Managed the upgrade of DB2 V7 Instances on Z/OS, to DB2 V8 Compatibility Mode (CM). End of service for DB2 V7 was July 2008. Effort was completed by June 2008 in each of the engineering, test, quality, and production environments. The timely upgrading eliminated the need for costly extended support and provided enhanced application functionality.

Managed the Symantec Anti-Virus version 9 to Symantec Anti-Virus version 10 upgrade. Version 9 was scheduled to sunset and upgrading to version 10 ensured Symantec Anti-Virus protections were maintained. Twelve hundred and seventy-five (1275) servers were upgraded before scheduled sunset with no service interruptions
