Anti-microbial film prepared from waste PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles for
food packaging application. under the guidance of Prof. Patit Paban Kundu, Department
of Polymer Sc. & Technology, University of Calcutta.
SUMMARY:
The PET waste based active packaging films are economic and sustainable, hence can be used for
prolonging the shelf life of fresh white cheese. The applications of such kind of films in packaging
may enhance the functionality of PET recycling industries.

SUMMARY:
A new simple flow field design of Direct methanol fuel cell technology has been better than the
previous flow field. its enhance the maximum current density. New D M F C technology has been
deemed as the next decade in the field of alternative power sources and has shown signs of
potentialities to replace conventional batteries in application in portable electronic devices.

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE STRUCTURE OF AGITATED EQUIVOLUME LIQUID-
LIQUID DISPERSIONS
SUMMARY:
1. It observed the effect of variation in the distance of impeller from interface, on the structure
of agitated equi-volume liquid-liquid dispersion and exact threshold distance of the impeller
from the liquid-liquid interface up-to which abnormal structures were obtained for different
aqueous/immiscible organic liquid pairs.
2. It observed the effect of the wettability characteristics of the impeller material on the
threshold distance in the agitated equi volume liquid-liquid dispersion.
