Objective:

Land Scape Architecture – On site inspections of landscape plans on commercial site plan projects ranging from acre to 100 acres for a final approval of certificate of occupancy. All plans must be in correlation with the Land Development Regulations and the Zoning Ordinances for adherence to plant lists, planting details, location, size and type of landscaping materials; these materials must match the adopted regulations and the Commission approved site plan, as well as, all existing vegetation being marked and listing on plans that shall remain and be protected during construction. Projects include: retail, automotive, restaurant commercial/medical plazas, industrial, and houses of worship.
Assistant Project Management – Commercial construction projects such as: Petco, MC Sports, Michaels, New Life Church. Issued change orders, budgeting of project and time line for completion of projects. Employment and termination of contractors and sub-contractors, time management, deadlines, due diligence, final completion and cleaning of stores before the releasing of project to corporations for the opening of the stores.
