Successfully delivered results of operations from 2011 to date, which were lacking since it began. Continuously providing shaper insights on how to improve profitability, management of financial risk on debts, higher Inventory, on time billing and collection and other safeguarding of assets like cash, etc. Created lacking Financial Policies on controls and compliances. Albatra Recruitment Agency is an agency deploying skilled and non-skilled workers to Arab countries. Deployment per month is an average of 300Pax.

Designed their Accounting System. Created Financial Policies for the company. Introduced and designed an Accounting Software for the accounting. Successfully reconciled all ARAB accounts, which gained substantial collection for the company.

Beauty Secrets Inc., a newly registered affiliate of Albatra Recruitment Agency, engages in selling beauty products at wholesale. This is only a three Month Contract. Delivered a 5 Year Budgeted Financial Statements and Financial Ratios. Participated in the review of Distributor’s Agreement. Designed accounting software.

RASA Surveying Inc. provides surveying services. Other business units include Print World on SM Malls, Sale of Surveying Equipment and Spa Salon. Its surveying operation is nationwide. They ranked no. 1 in small scale surveying companies in the Philippines. Total manpower is around 400.

Submitted Segmented Income Statements per project. Total Projects were about 50 nationwide. Introduced Payroll Software and Accounting Software. Created Financial Policies. October 2014 to September 2015

Classic Speed is an Australian Multi-National Company engages in car building and restoration located inside the Freeport zone of Clarkfield, Angeles City. They built Classic Cars of Ford model of 1965 to 1967. It is an importer of parts and exporter of cars.

Submitted all Financial Reports required by the President in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Provided accurate costing per unit. Successfully implemented cost cutting measures in most aspect of the operations. Inspired the mechanics about Integrity and Commitment in their work. Reviewed all contracts and negotiated those that were needed to be amended. Submitted an audit of cash resulting to a Shortage of Cash from a fraud/theft committed by the Revolving Fund Custodian. Secured Bank Loan for additional working capital.

Submitted Costing Analysis resulting to Losses due to high cost production. After series of executive meetings the President decided to sell the company. A sale was successfully negotiated together with the GM in July 2015.

SIYCHA Group of Companies has its OBU (Other Business Units), namely, Nestle Distribution, Tracking Company, Manufacturing Company, Farm Breeding and Dressing Plant Company. Operations are all in Mindanao while Head Office is at Ortigas City.

I have a total of around 120 people in Finance and Accounting. Directly reporting to me are Site Financial Controller, 2 Home Office Finance Managers, 4 Site Accounting Managers.

Successfully handled the position as a chief financial operating officer of all these OBUs. Created Financial Policies for the OBUs. Created a supportive Finance Department with the Operations and its people, which was lacking. Organized a Cross Functional Team, which led to the successful delivery of performance per site per department. Instituted controls measure in Inventory Management and Collections Management. Successfully eliminated unnecessary processes, which gave substantial amount of savings to the monthly operating expenses. Given the President useful financial reports and targets per site in robust manner and gave sharper insights to sound decision-making. Directly reporting to me are, HR manager, Finance Manager, Internal Audit Manager, Treasury Manager, IT Head and Security Head, a total of 150 people under me. Managed the overall operations of CCSI.
