Role: - Structure & Piping Fabrication & Erection Engineer WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution:

To calculate detailed scope of piping against each area with help of the P&ID, Plan & Isometric.

Estimation of the Man-hour required for the completion of the scope of work.

Manpower Mobilization and Distribution of work as per front available.

Preparation of priority list as per client requirement, weekly and monthly planning For the erection and loop testing of each area. Priorities wise completion of loops to meet the Project schedule requirements.

Area wise inspection & Monitoring the piping Fabrication and stage wise inspection. Ensuring Weather the work done by contractor comply with project specifications local regulations and Meets the requirements of international code.

Preparation daily progress report, regular reporting to Area Manager and weekly progress review Meeting with the client.

Handling of piping related technical queries and investigation of pipe work related problems and Coordinating with consultant & contractors for the smooth functioning of work & establishing Effective communication to resolve conflicts arising in Site activities.

Preparation of field piping system test package, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics.

Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro test and Pneumatic Test, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
