Over a 15-year time span, I designed and constructed over 150 custom homes without liens, lawsuits, or OSHA violations. I managed a staff of five to fifteen employees and fifty to one-hundred sub-contractors. In August 2010, the company was closed in good standing. My salary was $72,000.

Lancaster Colony/Indiana Glass (Fortune 500) Blue Ash, OH February 1990 – August 1995

Assistant Controller / Project Manager

I started as an assistant controller in the glassware division, argued inventory tax issues at the Indiana plant for a savings of $1,600,000. Then I was assigned to the auto, rubber, and food groups division having similar successes with property tax and inventory issues. Next assigned to obsolete inventory issues, I developed a market using cold calling, and going to trade shows and increased sales from $500,000 to $5,000,000 by introducing new lines and by coming up with creative solutions for our customers and close outs. Developed and implemented the business plan which successfully opened the sales and distribution company in Monterrey, Mexico. I worked with union and non-union plants handling costing, inventory, and production issues and annual audit worksheets.
