Vidant Health - Greenville, NC-July 2006 to Present Responsibilities:

We are a fleet shop responsible for 423 vehicles- buses,ambulances, cars, trucks, vans. This job consist of multitasking.Outside of auto and diesel repair, I rebuild transmissions, follow diagnostic flow charts, computer diagnostics and repair. Software upgrades are a must to do job effectively and stay up to date on current changes of vehicles software. Other jobs include creating work orders, assessment of accident reports,weighting out the best option for repair on vehicle based off the age of vehicle. Dealing with over 80 outside venders, retreiving downed vehicles with tractor trailer. Must have good communication skills and be aware of transactions made with vendors. Accomplishments:

Have been given the opportunity on countless times to be acting manager to direct eight other employees in daily work activities. Trouble shoot some hardware and software issues on desk top computer and labtops in office. Skills Used:

Used lab top to diagnose and repair transmission issues.
