Customer Service Food

Dear sir or madam

My name is Bulelani Zackaria Dengeleni from the city of Durban in South

Africa. I'm 32 years old. I have 10 years of experience as a waiter through

which I've gathered extensive knowledge of food and beverages working in

various fine dining restaurants in and around Durban. I've worked at a Thai

restaurant, a few Italian restaurants, a Greek restaurant, Indian

restaurant and I currently work at a high end Portuguese restaurant in the

upmarket suburb of Westville west of Durban. Working at these distinctively

different restaurants helped me broaden my knowledge and understanding of

various cuisines from around the globe. I'm very passionate about food and

customer service. I may have not received any formal culinary training yet

but my cooking and mixing of drinks has gotten people thinking I'm a

professional. And at Atasca(where I work) I've had on a number of occasions

customers offering me jobs in their own restaurants impressed by the

standard of service i gave them. I continue to learn on my own for now

through watching cooking shows, reading food magazines and following food

bloggers.

I'm currently looking for a waiting job in a cruise ship and am writing to

you to ask to be considered for a job in yours company. I'm a competent

person and a good interpersonal communicator. I'm a hard worker and am

physically strong for the hard work and long hours reportedly involved in

it. I can keep calm and focused in a high pressured work environment. I'm

an outgoing person and love working in team. I'm a curious guys who loves

meeting new people and learn new cultures and languages. I'm a well

principled person and at 32 age is not very much on my side so I don't have

any time to waste. Customer Service is my life and I don't see myself doing

any other job, so if I'm given a chance I will grab it with both hands.
