Tendering Stage

1- Work as electromechanical Team Leader Quantity Surveyor. 2- Check up all Tender Drawings, BOQ and Specifications. 3- Prepare quantity take-off of MDB's, CB's, Final DB's, cables, ELV systems and wire accessories. 4- Identify & ensure materials descriptions from the materials requisitions are in accordance with tenders’ requirements. 5- Sending inquiries to subcontractors and getting quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval. 6- Assembling all Project data and forward to Chief Estimator. 7- Prepare the final Tender B.O.Q

8- Doing Site Visits for information gathering and data collection.

9- Prepare the final client’s B.O.Q according to client requirements. 10- Work as electromechanical Team Leader for Project Procurements. 11- Prepare comparison sheets.

12- Arrange meetings with suppliers to facilitate standardization and economical procurement. 13- Negotiation of sales agreements to purchase the required products, authorized to finalize with Suppliers & Subcontractors through company Policy & terms and conditions,

14- Authorized to issue Materials Requisition and local purchase Orders. 15- Coordinator between Projects requirements and Suppliers, Subcontractors and Company Materials Store. 16- Follow up on material delivery and documentation requirements. 17- Full Support to Projects’ Managers in order to hand over Sites on planned time.
