P Project Description : This project consist of an in-depth study of the properties and use of titanium tetra chloride and titanium di oxide,along with the study of different processes used for the manufacture of titanium di oxide via chloride route has been dealt in detail. The techno economic feasibility of such a project at chavara, kollam, KMML.

I’m handling more than 60 raw materials for our production

I’m dealing more than 3 competitor per every each raw material

I’m looking import few major raw material also [SN, Ammonium Nitrate]

ISO Audit, Daily & Monthly Stock statement, consumption level monitoring

Description of Function:

We are maintaining inventory based on our production capacity along with raw material availability in a market, accordingly we prepared purchase planning [i.e. ROL, Order Qty, etc]

When we collect that purchase request form [PR] from our stores with our plant manager knowledge. We’ll collect the quotation from our regular suppliers with terms of delivery, Taxes, FOR terms, Payment Terms, Warranty, Delivery period, etc

We compare quality and quantity, delivery time and we prepared landed cost – Net of Modvat

If necessary, we’ll discuss with our MD and our technical person. After agree purchase prices & payment terms, place order with suppliers & keep records of purchase correspondence. Follow the suppliers terms and condition. Receive material then check deliveries quality and quantity wise.

Vendor development:

Collect firm information from online & verify

Get sample for our Q/C approval test analysis

After getting approval from our MD, We’ll go for trial

If, Trial is ok then we’ll continue
