Process all initial applications and re-appointment applications for Medical Staff, Dentist, Social Workers and Allied Health Professional staff appointments and clinical privileges in accordance with policies and procedures, Professional Staff policies, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) federal and state laws, JCAHO standards and NCQA standards.
