1. Marketing Repository Portal - Marico

Marketing repository portal is an intranet portal developed for maintaining repository of all the documents present in a company. Deployment of this portal on office 365 was done by importing various style library folder Contents and by publishing and uploading updated master page and page Layout. My role in Marketing Repository Portal Development consist of following

Master Page: Master Page for this portal consist of user name, user picture, search box and upload document button in top navigation and a footer which consist of company name and their contact details. It has a provision to make SharePoint ribbon visible to authorized users only .Master page was developed by making use of SharePoint Designer.

Site Content types and Site Columns: Marketing repository site content type was developed that consists of various custom created site columns.

Home Page: Home page for this portal consist of a stationary image at the top and a content editor web- part at bottom which displays top 5 documents from the document library using REST API. Dashboard Page: Dashboard page consist of a JQUERY data-table which displays all the documents present in the document library. Pagination was used for displaying 10 results per page. User can search for a particular document among the set of available documents in JQUERY data-table. Financial year and category dropdown filter is used for filtering of documents using REST API. Search Page: It consist of a default search center with refinement, search box, search navigation and search results web-parts.

InfoPath: InfoPath Form was designed for uploading of new documents in document library. Groups: This portal consists of following groups with following permission levels Marketing Repository Visitors - Read

Marketing Repository Users - Contribute

Marketing Repository Admin - Full Control.

2. GEP GURU Portal - GEP

GEP GURU Portal is an intranet portal developed for Document Management. SharePoint designer was used to for designing and development of master page and page layout. My role in GEP GURU Portal Development consist of following

Master Page: Master Page for this portal consist of user name, sign out icon, search box and Menu tab in top navigation bar. Menu tab is used for navigating to master report, volume report, FAQS and Help page from home page.

Page Layout: Two types of page layout were developed for this portal namely internal page-layout and Home page-Layout. Home page layout consist of 2 web-part zones left web-part zone of 25% width and a central web-part zone which has 75% width. Internal Page Layout consist of 3 web-part zones namely central web-part zone, left and right web-part zones.

Filter Pop-up: Filter pop-up menu was used to filter the documents based on selection of various filter elements like document library from which the user wants to retrieve the documents, language column, Created Date, Region, and Category etc. Each filter element was generated from different list in SharePoint. For example for filtering documents based on category, JQUERY and REST API was used to query category list and fetch different category value and display them in checkbox fashion for selection of a filter value. Apart from filtering, filter pop-up also has a functionality of saving at the most 3 filters for a single user. These Saved filters were stored in particular list against User ID. On login of a particular user based on his user ID his Saved filters are pre-populated from saved filter list. Reset filter button was used for resetting filters Using JQUERY. HTML, CSS and JQUERY was used for designing of filter pop-up. Search Functionality: The search box on the home page needed custom search functionality which was achieved through coding. Search using AND and + operator was implemented. For example if a user types term1 And term 2 then he will be able to retrieve all the documents that contains both term1 and term 2 as their managed metadata columns as well as it also display documents which has term1 and term2 present inside the document contents. Similarly using + operator documents which contain either term 1 or term2 will be displayed. This search functionality has constraint of searching not more than 5 terms at a time. Implementation of this Search functionality was done using JQUERY and Search API. Master Report Page: This page consists of a dropdown menu for selection of document Library. Once the user selects a document library and clicks submit all the documents present in that document library will be displayed in JQUERY Data-Table format.

Volume Report: User selects a document library from the dropdown menu (HTML) and based on the selection, total number of documents present in the selected library is displayed. Downloaded List: Using JQUERY and Rest API all the user downloaded documents are stored in this List. Count column in this list is used to maintain the number of times a document is downloaded. 3. VFS

VFS portal is an intranet portal developed for all the employees of the company to view various events going-on in the organization, have discussion using discussion forum, view user profile, post contents for sharing and collaboration, for accessing project details and viewing individual employees tasks. My role in VFS Portal Development consist of following

Employee Profile Page: Employee Profile page is a custom page developed to get details about the current logged in user. Employee profile page of current logged in user can be edited and updated by current user but employee profile page of other user can only be viewed by current logged in user. User Profile properties were fetched using SP-Services. Employee Profile page consist of following web-parts: Profile picture and cover picture: user can upload his profile picture. User can also change his cover picture and select among the set of pre-defined cover pictures for changing the existing default cover picture. About Us: This web-part displays default SharePoint user property "Ask me About" value. Contact details: Contains phone, address and email id value from SharePoint user profile properties. Skills: This is custom created user profile property and user can add and delete skills in the web-part. Modifications made in this web-part are also done on default SharePoint user profile properties using SP Service.

Organization Structure: This web parts fetches manager (in-build) and subordinate (custom) user proper property value and gets user ID of manager and subordinate using REST API from their email id. Immediate manager and subordinate can be seen of the current user in this web-part and by clicking on manager's or subordinate's profile picture, user will be re-directed to their employee profile page Awards and Achievement: This web-part shows awards held by the current user from awards List. Employee Page Layout: This page consists of several web-parts so the layout was designed to make sure different web-part zones are made available for the same. This web-part consist of 4 web-part zone - left web-part zone, Central top, central bottom and right web-part zone. Customized Search Center: A custom search center page was created which consist of refinement, search box, search navigation and search result web-parts. Query was built for search result web-part to get results From particular document libraries and return particular file types. Custom control and item display template was built.

Workflow: 3 stage approval workflow was developed for approval of task request from employees of the organization.

4. IT Cosmetics

IT Cosmetics portal is an Online portal developed on SharePoint online using office 365for Creation of Product Catalog Site. Deployment work for this Project was also Performed. My Role in IT Cosmetics Portal Development consist of following Components

Home Page: Home page for this portal consist of a banner and a Top navigation created from term store using term store management tool and setting that term set in navigation hierarchy for product catalog connection settings.

Product and Product Detail List: Product list is set as catalog by going to List settings -> catalog settings and enabling this list to be used as catalog. Product detail list was used to store detail of each individual product.

Product Page: This page consists of all the product of a particular category based on category selection from top navigation menu.

Product Details Page: This page consists of various product details fetched from Product Detail List. Custom Display Templates: custom item display templates were used to display each search item in a particular fashion using HTML, CSS, JQUERY and making used of managed properties for custom search. Term Store: Created a Term set using site setting -> term store management tool and use this term store of navigation.
