Vet applicant grant proposals, summarize budgets, and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requested.
Monitor vendor progress in completing and submitting required documentation for both contract and reimbursement process.
Review submitted budget and fiscal forms for completeness and accuracy and communicate any compliance, deficiency, or other issues related to them.
Communicate with sub-recipients to finalize payments, including the processing of expenditure reports for accuracy, verification of backup documents, and obtaining signatures for Purchase Orders.
Maintain and input contracts, requisitions, vouchers, purchase orders, and all fiscal information in the City’s web based financial management system, People Soft.
Provide annual technical assistance to sub-recipients to review the fiscal process.
