I have working BMC Titania pvt ltd from 25-07-2012 to till date as a field operator. I am working as a general fitter for the initial 3 years and then working as a plant operator till now in BMC Groups tuticorin, India. In our company we are produced Titanium di Oxide (Anatase grade) and the byproduct of ferrous sulphate through DCS. JOB DETAILS
Operating and maintenance of equipments like VAM machine, vacuum crystallizer, evaporator, Filterpress, Kiln (calciner).
Operation & handling of all types pumps, agitators, valves, tanks, pipe lines, filter, strainer, pulley, roller and conveyor.
Full responsibility of the shift in terms of smooth running of the plant, daily maintenances, problem identification & resolving of production equipment, quality and production that is produced within the shift and maintain house- keeping.
Start-up/shutdown and handover activity of Filterpress, pumps, agitators, tanks and pipelines like electrical & mechanical isolation.
Ensure adherence to safety of man, equipment and environment during respective shifts.
Monitor measure and report on production related process and maintaining log sheet.
