CARE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Ensure hemodynamic stability by selecting and administering anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, fluids and blood products necessary for anesthetic and emergency management, including providing needed invasive and non-invasive monitoring modalities.

Maintain patient stability by monitoring and evaluating patient response during anesthesia, implementing corrective action, instituting pharmacological or supportive treatment and requesting consultation whenever necessary.
