Tenants included Moore & Van Allen, McGuire Woods, Ernst & Young, Smith Barney, Marsh USA, and many other legal and accounting firms.

Oversaw all aspects of building management including budget preparation, financial reporting, AP, AR, collections, forecasting, oversight of day-to-day operations, client relations, team building, contract negotiations, project design and management.

Facilitated major building renovation activities including garages, elevators, restrooms, corridors, security enhancements, video surveillance, lobbies, façade, and many tenant buildouts.

Specific day-to-day duties included: Budget preparation, detailed financial analysis, contract negotiation, client relations, property staffing and employee development, capital program development and implementation, ensuring efficiency, and overall value enhancement.

Prior management of 1055 Thomas Jefferson Street, N.W., - a 216,000 square foot office building in historic Georgetown where Trammell Crow Company’s Mid-Atlantic headquarters office was located.

Facilitated repositioning of 1055 Thomas Jefferson Street including extensive garage and lobby renovations, major HVAC systems replacements, and re-leasing. Consequently, the sales price of this asset increased by over 75% in four years.
