They provide therapeutic residential services, foster family home placements, adoption services, transitional and affordable hous- ing, family preservation, wraparound and mental health services for children youth and families throughout Los Angeles County. Provide Executive Level Technical direction, definition and leadership to the IT Team Members, User Staff and Execu- tive Committee. Handle and direct all Technology and Infrastructure Operations for Penny Lane Centers. In charge of IT Staff, vendors, consultants, contractors, and budgets over $550K and introduce, procure and implement emerg- ing technologies into an environment supporting 670 employees, across four major and 15 satellite offices in Southern California.
