1) Planning Engineer at Kunal Structures India Pvt Ltd – From Jan’17
Project : Redevelopment of Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station along with Development of 5 start Hotel at Airspace above Railway Track - India’s 1st Project of Development of Railway Station on EPC basis.
Role & Responsibilities
Preparation of WBS of EPC Project.
Preparation of master construction schedule in line with payment milestone
& progress requirement. 60/90 days look ahead schedule in line with tender or contract schedule/ milestone requirement.
Preparing micro level planning of each activity, preparation of Launching diagram to present day wise programme of machineries.
Comparing actual vs Planned progress & monitor closely each process of project. Preparation of DPR, MPR & catch up plan on monthly basis.
Attending progress & review meetings with client, client management. Preparation of extra work claim by studying EPC contract document.
Coordinate with Architect, structural consultant for drawings. 2) Planning Engineer at T.Bhimjyani Realty,Thane – From June 2016 to January 2017
Project : ‘Neelkanth Woods’, Residential Apartments. Total 12 Towers of 32 floors each.
Role & Responsibilities
Monitoring RCC & Finishing activities on daily & monthly basis & preparation of DPR & MPR.
Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through Microsoft Project (MSP)
Tracking of schedules in MSP to monitor the overall project.
Coordination with all consultants (Architects, structural & MEP consultants) . Review of architectural & structural drawings jointly with site team for technical clarification.
Preparation of productivity report based on actual manpower deputed.
Procurement of all Materials as per site requirement. EXPERIENCE
Working with Top Management in procurement of Capital goods through e- bidding & reverse auction.
Follow up with QS department to get actual cost at the end of month.
Organizing & attending design meeting & to prepare Minutes of meeting. 3) Internship at Indian Register of Shipping (IRCLASS), Mumbai
