I started out my career as a Mechanical Engineer and became a lead troubleshooter. When I changed careers to my current area as an IT Specialist, I continue to enjoy the process of troubleshooting. I am also a hands-on, detail-oriented, fast self-learner, and a greatly self-motivated person. I like facing new challenges and I am looking for a new opportunity for my career.

After I successfully implemented an ERP system called Exact Macola for Asia Chemical Corp, I started looking for a new challenge.

I then joined Safety Shoe Distributors LLP (SSD) at the beginning of 2015. SSD had implemented a new ERP system called CounterPoint SQL and they faced various serious issues since ‘Go Live’ in September 2014. After months of hard work we have gotten the system up and running smoothly and improve the overall data quality. I am now looking for a new challenge to tackle.

As ERP solution and business analyst I am responsible for identifying the various issues, finding the source of these issues, and then initiate and supervise the clean-up process.

Analyze data in SQL server; find and corrected all transaction errors.

Established best practices to fix the issues caused by errors in daily transaction processes and application configurations.
