Carried out Assistant safety officer at INS Sindhuvijay and conducted various internal safety audits (Fire, electrical). Worked closely with National safety council for conducting various safety programmes within the organisation for dockyard employees.

Responsible for Security and safety of men and material as Divisional Chief both in afloat and ashore billets of Indian navy.

Thorough knowledge of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare and expertise at Fire Fighting and Damage control including industrial safety.

Can provide first aid in case of medical emergency. (MFA certificate holder as per IMO STCW 2010 regulations)

Managing the supervision, training and maintenance of small arms and attended several exercises and lead a combat team. (QRG/QRT/Security Chief/Small arms firing/ Land fighting drill etc).

Education and Training

Equivalent Degree from Indian Navy.

Qualified Advance Diploma in Fire and Industrial Safety from Royal Institute of Fire and Safety.

Qualified a one week course in Quick Reaction Team/ Quick Reaction Medical Team from NBCD School, INS Shivaji, Lonavala.

Holder of Indian CDC and IMO STCW 2010 courses (unlimited).

Basic Submarine Course

Certificate of Proficiency Security Training for Seafareres with designated security duties.
