ITIL Service Owner for GEMS Global Security. Responsible for creation of GEMS security services delivered to NAM, EMEA and APAC locations. Included cryptography/PKI, Host Intrusion Protection System, Network Intrusion Detection via SNORT IDS and ACID for event correlation, RSA SecurID authentication, Axent ESM and NetRecon host penetration testing, vulnerability scanning with Nessus, and password strength testing. Designed and implemented "GEMS Hosting on the Internet" Network for serving Tivoli, Unicenter, and OpenView frameworks across the public internet using Cisco routers and Checkpoint firewalls. Trained in penetration testing via Foundstone Hacking course. Developed web interface for AHD ticketing system.
