Corporate Office Hashoo Group of Hotels (Marriott and Pearl Continental Hotels,Pk) In addition to the responsibilities as Corporate GM Engineering Audit also officiated as Vice President- Engineering and Technical Services.

Performed the following duties at the group hotel level (Nine 5 star hotels). Responsible for the development and implementation of Corporate Engineering standards and policies for ensuring that they are observed and diligently adhered to throughout the group. Conducted inspection of hotels including engineering plant, machinery, equipment, guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, laundry, health club, meeting rooms and swimming pools to ensure compliance with the code and all established standard as they relate to maintenance, safety and security. Regular follow up with concerned department to ensure corrective action has been taken in timely manner. Responsible for the short term and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Engineering division. Conducted regular inspections of life safety system including fire extinguishers and sprinklers system of each hotel. Implemented and managed Energy conservation programs for all nine 5 star hotels to minimize expenses.
