Financing/Acquisition: Assembled $120 million capitalization in less than 60 days for purchase of 10 senior living asset portfolios and gained commitment for an additional $500 million for Main Street Senior Living Companies.
Turnaround: Led changeover of three underperforming senior living assets within a publicly held senior living portfolio. Protected $300 million in investments by replacing operators in two of the three facilities and identifying more than 10% in expense and revenue enhancement initiatives within a 90-day period.
Crisis Management: Led 12-member multi-disciplinary team from Ernst & Young in the financial and market evaluation of a 400-facility portfolio held by a publicly held long term care organization. Identified more than $80 million in annual savings through operational and capital expense assessment and asset divestiture.
